My air conditioning quit cooling on a Saturday morning. Tri-County (Kathy) answered the 24/7 phone immediately. She sent out Tim within an HOUR!! Tim was absolutely a miracle worker. He fixed what my previous "UNRELIABLE" company installed incorrectly just a week before that. I have now switched my loyalty to TRI-COUNTY, and will use them for all my A/C needs. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!

I called Tri county to come out and check my air ducts to make sure there weren’t any holes and to even shop vac out any list stuff from it. They came out same day and crawled under the house and checked everything. Afterwards they told me what’s going on and getting an estimate for me for rewrapping my ducts. Very nice people and the guy that came with it really took his time explaining everything to me. The only place that didn’t tell me I was too far or charge an arm and a leg for looking over everything. Plan to use them again when we add on to our house next year for a mini split they suggested.
